ELECTRICAL Manage solution delivery including supply survey, planning, commissioning and

Handling all 1st Level Escalation related to TOC Operations and managing complete TOC Floor Operation

Control of Opex cost by maintaining fuel for DG set, EB etc.

TELECOM Conducting Site survey to check Power requirement for electrical component,

locating electrical shaft, Pole mount position in building layout. Pre-walk Test to measure RX level of different operator their cell ID and BCCH at

different location in the building. Planting directional and non directional Antenna in Auto-cad building layout Drawing Truncated layout diagram for different RF components and Antenna

using Microsoft Visio RF Losses measurement and solution for compensation through EIRP link budgets

of different floor. Maintain excellent level of site quality (proper cable laying, correct temperature,

correct settings, site in Auto, etc). Fault in the RF cable is located and rectified using Network analyzer. Conducting VSWR test of Antennas using Site master equipment. Daily/Monthly report submission and BOQ preparation. Compliance checking of quality of technicians, vendors, spares including any

ethical issues and giving training to technicians as well as new recruits within the time frame decided

Site follow up for completion of New Site (Layout, PCC, Raft, Stub, Tower Installation, Final after Electrical)

Ensure timely delivery (site RFI) of sites to the operator. Ensure Acceptance Testing of all sites declared RFIs with FTR During dispatch to Site, fill &signoff the required checklist. Fill & sign-off the concerned checklists whenever the asset moves to-&-from

vendor's premises. Timely submission & validation of vendor invoice and payment for better delivery

from vendor.

Quality Assurance & Site Audit Compliance

Site inspection for Upgrade, New Built, New EB and EB Upgrade sites with SLA Prepare separate plan for electrical AT inspection of new built sites (pre & post

punch point clearance) & Upgrades/Expansion /Special Projects (pre & post punch point clearance)

Prepare inspection plan in advance along with CQH for respective clusters/areas based on the projections received from Deployment. To arrange and collate Site Type, Tower Type, Land Size, BTS type, Standard Designs & BOQ’s in advance from CQH.

Audit of sites for Fire Prevention, EB Feasibility and High Energy Consumption sites

Ensure adherence to the Quality Manual that clearly lays down the quality standards and explains methodology to check and correct quality issues for the electrical and Maintenance.

Identify and record the deviations in the acceptance testing (AT) schedule, communicate to the concerned department/vendor for rectification, get timelines for correction of those deviations and ensure that they are corrected within the

set timelines All manually written check list to be supported with site photograph, photo should

be clearly marked with date and time. Timely submission of punch points to Circle Quality Head and also submits to the

person responsible. Revisit the site for compliance verification. Prepare inspection report as per defined checklist. Check list to be signed by QA

with name and date of inspection. Conduct audit on quality of preventive maintenance compliance, daily reporting of

visits and inspections (planned vs. actual) Managing quality assurance of infrastructure at sites through In-House team to

monitor infrastructure quality during Electrical and TS/TM activities Ensure to have BOQ compliance at all sites during FAT inspection before Tower
