My Attributes witnessed by employers, University supervisors and academics

Reference letters exists in: http://photobucket.com/ewindfly-referees

• Afsaneh seems very intelligent, curious and hard working. She is interested in Aeronautical research, well organized and serious in her responsibilities. I recommend that she would be an excellent Ph.D. research student in, ‘Aeronautical Design and Construction’ (Dr. A. Houshiar, Doctor Engineer in Management and Mech.Eng., Associate professor and Dean of School of Engineering, Dept. of Mechanical Engineering, School of Engineering, Shiraz University, 1987).

• Afsaneh’s G.P.A. is 14.4 [out of 20 and = 72%] and she is among the top 20 percent of her graduate class. I am sure that she is able to undertake the graduate studies in Engineering, and complete her work successfully. Hence, I strongly recommend her for admission to your graduate program (Dr. M. Rad, Head of the Mech. Eng. dept., Assistant Prof., Sharif University of Technology, Department of Mechanical Engineering, 1985).

• Afsaneh is a very good student of one of Iran’s best engineering universities and has got a very good background of mathematics and as most of her course subjects are in English, good knowledge of

language. Since she was working in a design office of, ‘Iranian Research Organization for Science & Technology’, while studying, in past few years, she got a good practical experience. Knowing her as an intelligent, well-educated and efficient person, I am sure she would be a suitable student for any postgraduate course (Dr. P. Deravi, Doctor Engineer in Hydraulics, Assistant Professor, Sharif University of Technology, Department of Mechanical Engineering, 1984).

• She is one of our competent designers who has been proved to be capable of undertaking major projects in computer aided design, and hydraulics (Dr. M. Tebyani, Dr Engineer in Electrical Engineering, President of I.R.O.S.T., Iranian Research Organization for Science & Technology, 1984).

• I found Afsaneh to be intelligent, capable of doing independent work, and reasonably well organized. She has always been interested in continuing her education and I am sure that she could be successful in any related field that she chooses to do her graduate work (Dr. J. Rastegar, Doctor Engineer in Mech. Eng., Iranian Research Organization for Science & Technology, Machine Design Group, Islamic Republic of Iran, 1984).http://me.eng.sunysb.edu/faculty/[email protected]: 0011 1-631-632-8314Fax: 0011 1-631-632-8544

• As I can recall Afsaneh was among the best students in the class. She worked hard and obtained the highest grade in the class. Beside this she has the best academic records as a student of our university. She has completed several projects in different fields of Mechanical Engineering and she is able to create new ideas. I strongly, recommend her to be admitted in your graduate school (Professor B. Mehri Sharif University of Technology, Department of Mathematics and Computer Science, 1983).

• Perseverance, and severe interest of Afsaneh in her work, her discipline in jobs and continuedpersistence in entrusted duties are from outstanding attributes that puts Afsaneh among successful trainees in the Machine Design team. We wish her success (Dr. R. Pourabdulrahim, Doctor engineer in machine design, Supervisor of the Gear Box Project, Iranian Research Organization for Science & Technology, Islamic Republic of Iran, 1982).

• In my view, there are three significant things in Afsaneh’s research and study works: Academic intelligence and talent, interest and perseverance in scientific problems andadvanced English knowledge for learning the subjects (Dr. E. Azad, Physics specialist,MERC Energy Department, Centre for Research on Materials and Force Properties and Application, Iran, 1982).

• Afsaneh witnessed by her high course weight average [grade point average = 72%] is considered to be one of the outstanding students in this department. Meanwhile, she had a project with me about, ‘Review of the Iranian Water Resources Potential’, and also in a project in, ‘Solar Energy’, that she had with one of the colleagues, we both were satisfied perfectly by the result of her works. One of her characteristics was numerous investigations and questioning, and this is an outstanding advantage for a researcher. At the end, in the period that we cooperated with her, no non-Islamic behavior were observed from her and we found her a responsible, polite and friendly person with modest covered Islamic dress (Dr. A.K. Salehi, Physics specialist from M.I.T in USA/Chancellor of Sharif University, Deputy of Research and Industrial Relations, Sharif University of Technology, Iran, 1981.
