AWARENESS OF MACHINES:

PROCESSING: I am having a good exposure to MICROCOMPUTER INJECTION MOULDING MACHINE

LIKE ENGEL, JSW etc. and also having hands on experience of Windsor Injection Molding machine. Exposure

to all basic conventional processing techniques and machine like Blow Molding Process, Filament Winding,

RTM, Power Press and Drawing Machines etc.

TESTING: Awareness of various National and International Standards. Having a good exposure to HAAKE

Rheocard 9000 equipment with which we can able to analyze Rheological characteristics of polymers and Also

having a good exposure to mechanical and thermal testing equipments Like UTM (LLOYD), Impact Tester,

Melt Flow Indexer, HDT & VST etc.

DESIGN AND FABRICATION: Having experience of designing and fabrication of Complicated Injection

Moulds, Compression Moulds, Blow Mould, Extrusion Die, and having awareness of Designing Software like

ACAD14, MDTver3, Pro-E, Also having an exposure to VMC, CNC MILLING, CNC LATHE, CNC EDM,

WEDM, filament Winding, Polar winding, pultrusion etc & all basic conventional machines.
