Conclusions from Survey
Non-airport fees by airport oriented ground transportation operators are not a matter of serious concern at this time
Exception appears to be State of California Fees ranging as high as 50% of ticket price can be found Fees in range of 30% of passenger ticket are common
Problems appear to be with individual drivers and illegal gratuities (now referred to as “Bellmen Stimulus Packages”)
If not fees, then what?
