How Do I Start?Begin the Outer Nutrition Session by welcoming your clients and thanking them for their help. Give your Host a special mention. To break the ice, ask people to introduce themselves by sharing their names and what they do. Make sure everyone participates. Remember that everyone loves personalized attention. From this point forward, call everyone by their names.

Ask for ReferralsBefore you finish your presentation, it’s important to always ask your clients for referrals. If your clients are impressed with your presentation, they will recommend you to people they know even if they don’t buy the products themselves.

This way you’ll be able to schedule more presentations and, little by little, build a client base.

You can ask:

• “Do you know anyone who might be interested in hosting their own Herbalife Outer Nutrition Spa Party?”

Be sure to give them Invitation/Referral Cards so they can give them to friends and family.

Have them provide you with their contact information and follow up within 48 hours.

• “If you can refer me to someone who will buy this same package that you’re purchasing now,

I will give you a _______ discount on your next purchase. This way you can start adding

additional products to your collection.”

Conversation Examples:“Thank you, __________ (name) for coming to the Spa demo and taking time from

your busy schedule. ___________(name), I can see your skin appears to be more hydrated. What do you think? IMAGINE WHAT IT WILL LOOK LIKE IN ONE MONTH! __________(name), WHAT DID YOU LIKE THE MOST?”

If your customer is undecided: “________(name), our HERBALIFE SKIN products with antioxidant Vitamins A, C and E, are an INVESTMENT in your image, and your skin will look healthier. ______(name) WHAT DID YOU LIKE THE MOST?”

If your customer is undecided: “______(name), as you may have noticed, starting to take care of your skin is easy with HERBALIFE SKIN because the steps to follow are simple. WHAT DID YOU LIKE THE MOST?”

If your customer is undecided: “_______(name), these are the products I recommend for you to get started (Exam-ples: Cleanser + Exfoliant + Mask + Aloe Gel + SPF 30). WHEN WOULD YOU LIKE TO GET STARTED? I have the products available now.”

If your customer is undecided: “ ________ (name), I can offer you our ‘7 DAY KIT’ so that you see and feel the difference in only 7 days. It is convenient and economical – It only costs ________.”

Payment: “I use PayPal for credit or debit, or I can accept cash.”

How to Handle ObjectionsObjections are inevitable and can be for many different reasons. Don’t take it personally, just be prepared. Here are some typical objections and ways you can overcome them.

• Objection: “I feel great right now, but what if after a few days of using the products I am not thoroughly satisfied.” Answer: “That’s not a problem. There is a 30-day money-back guarantee, so you can exchange the products or get a refund.”

• Objection: “I’ll have to think about it.” Answer: “No problem, I want to make sure I answered all your questions, tell me, is it the price? The product’s effectiveness? If there is something I didn’t cover, please let me know. I want to make sure everyone receives great product knowledge during Outer Nutrition Spa Party and your input would be very helpful.”

Be aware of the tone you use while handling objections. Be very subtle so that the person doesn’t feel offended or pressured. If they purchase a product, that’s a good thing, because if they like it, they will come back for more!

RecruitingThere are two ways of doing this:

• “You have such a great personality and look so great, have you ever thought of doing something like what I am doing? You haven’t? I know you would be great, what day would work for you so that I could come by and show you how to do this.”

• “Do you know of anyone who would like to work part time earning extra income doing what I am doing?”
