It was really important for me as well as for the two media that i coordinate, especially for the food Industry and La Barra for the wide gastronomic scene that I had the opportunity to know.”

8,100 type of coffees like Espresso, Doppio, Capuccino, Frappes, Latte with different flavors and 1,200 tasting of chocolates and fondue with Amazonian fruits in the hall of Peruvian Cacao and Coffee to the world

1,500 snacks made out of Anchovy, Shrimp and Squid were tasted at the Marine and Aquacultural Hall.

4,050 pisco cocktails were served at the Hall of Pisco. Tasty Chilcanos and Sours were prepared using some of the most exotic fruits as Camu Camu, Goldenberry, Maca, Passion Fruit, Pineapple, Chicha morada, Orange, among others.
