On the basis of written examination held on 11/06/2017 and having been found provisionallyeligible as per documents uploaded in support of educational qualification, age, etc in accordance withadvertisement no. 02/2012 and RRs for the post of Assistant Engineer (Civil), Post Code-03/12 in MCD,the following candidates are hereby provisionally nominated as per their merit:-

2. The selection of the above candidates shall further be subject to genuineness of the documentson the basis of which they have claimed to have fulfilled all the eligibility conditions as prescribed in theRRs and terms and conditions of advertisement inviting applications and subject to thorough verificationof their identity with reference to their photographs, signatures/handwriting etc. on the application form,admission certificate etc. The candidature of the above candidates are liable to be cancelled by the UserDepartment also, in case the candidates are found not fulfilling the terms & conditions of theadvertisement inviting applications for the said post code. The Competent Authority of the Departmentconcerned shall issue the appointment letter to the candidates after satisfying himself/herself of theireligibility as laid down in the recruitment rules and on verification of the correctness of the informationfurnished in the application form and the documents related to Educational Qualification, Age and otheressential Certificates.

3. Further, as the specified standard of experience in civil engineering has not beenmentioned in the Recruitment Rules, the user department is therefore, requested to thoroughly

examine the experience certificates submitted by the candidates before issuing any appointmentletter at their level.

4. Mere inclusion of name in the result notice does not confer any right upon the candidateover the post.

5. While every care has been taken in preparing the result, the DSSSB reserves the right torectify errors and omissions, if any.

6. This issues with the prior approval of the Competent Authority, DSSSB.
