① Seoul Talk/Chatbot - Provides Kakao Seoul Talk Chatbot service.② Reservation History – List of the user reservation history.③ User Guide – A guide for the user of the service.④ Font Size Adjustment – The user can adjust the font size on the page.⑤ Relay Call Center – Provides a shortcut to a site for users from vulnerable social

groups

1.3 Quick Reservation

① By Category – By Category setting is the default, and the category system and subcategory are selected.

② By Region – Select by region or by category. ③ Select region – when a region is selected, a list of services available in that region is

displayed. ④ Select Schedule – Select the reservation date, click the Reservation button.⑤ Reservation Details – After login, go to the reservation details page and proceed with

reservation by filling in the details of the reservation. ⑥ Reservation Completed – To complete the reservation, click the Reservation button. (For paid

services, payment is required.)

2.1 Search

① Click the magnifying glass button in the upper area and enter the desired search input. ② Enter the desired keyword in the search pop-up and click the magnifying glass button to

search, you will be directed to the search result page. ③ Select Category or Region on the search result page to access Detailed search.④ When clicking on Popular Search and Searched Terms, a new search will be done for the

selected terms.⑤ The Searched Terms function saves and displays a list of the 10 most recent search terms.⑥ Click the search result to access the details page of the service and related announcements.

① When checking the classification system in the top menu, you can check and access it through detailed categories.

② Clicking the Site Map gives access to the entire menu of the site.

3. How to use the service

3.1 Sign Up (Seoul Unique Membership, SNS Registration)3.1.1. Create an account

① Click the login button on the right side of the main screen.② When clicking the Seoul membership registration page, the page is displayed in a new

window. - Click the Sign-Up button according to the membership type.

③ Click the Next Step button after accepting the terms and conditions. ④ Go through the mobile identification process.⑤ Enter the required fields and click the Finish button. ⑥ After completing registration, go to the Seoul Public Service Reservation website and log in.

3.1 Sign up3.1.2. Sign up through social media

① Click the login button on the right side of the upper area to access the login page. ② Log in with your Naver/Kakao account. ③ To confirm the Seoul Unique Membership account, proceed with the text verification process. ④ User without Seoul Unique Membership account will complete Social Network login.⑤ If you already have a Seoul Unique Membership, you will be automatically logged in after

successfully linking your account to a social network, which you do by clicking the Connect to the Social Channel button.

① Select the desired category from list and move to its page.② Select a facility and service to be directed to the service details page. ③ Click the Reserve button to go to the reservation details page.

④ Enter reservation details and click the Reservation button.⑤ Reservation completed. (For paid services, reservations will be completed upon payment.)

① To access the reservation details page, click the reservation number on My Reservation Details page

② The user can modify, cancel, pay, and check the reservation confirmation on the reservation details page.- In case the service is free of charge, the reservation can be modified

① When you click the Pay button on My Page and Reservation Completion page, you will be directed to the payment page

② Select the payment method.③ After checking the discount/surcharge amount and the total amount, click the Payment

button to complete the payment process.

1) Moves to Interest Setting on My Page2) After selecting the region and area of interest, click the Save button to save your Interest

settings.3) Personalized recommendation service is available on the main page while logged in.

4.2 Interest Settings

① Clicking the text notification request button on the service detail page will display a pop-up. ② Select the item for which you want to receive text notifications and click the Apply button.

- To change the mobile phone number, go to My Page> Change Personal Information.③ Go to My Page > Text Notification page. ④ On the service details page, the requested services list is displayed, and the user can modify

or cancel the text notification application.
