RtI Primary Goal for Monitoring
Early identification of struggling learners:• Lack of success mastering academic goals
– Using informal and formal assessments• Behavior interferes with learning
– Organization, lack of motivation, avoidance• Attendance in class
– Misses several days at a time, regularly missed days
Required Actions

• Student appears unable to participate in any academic activities
