Step 1: Visit: https://pearlcontinental.tejari.com Step 2: Login to Pearl Continental Hotels eProcurement Portal

If this is the first time that you login to Pearl Continental Hotels eProcurement Portal, you will be asked to select a new password (which has to contain both letters and numbers).

Once you have successfully logged in, you will be directed to the Pearl Continental Hotels eProcurement Portal Home page.


Step 3: Click on the ‘Auction’ link.

Step 4: After clicking on the "Auction Link" List of the Auctions page will open.


Step 5: Click on the "Auction Title" that you would like to respond.

Step 6: Now that you have selected an Auction you will be taken to the ‘Auction Details’ page.


Step 7: To respond an Auction, Click on the ‘Auction Monitor’ button (at the top of the page). Step 8: An automated prompt guiding you through the response process will appear. For "Monitor Auction" option you must have Java (TM) Version 1.6 or later. Step 9: Click on the "Enter" Button Step 10: The ‘Auction Monitor’ page will now be loaded.


From this page you will be able to:

� Submit a response for the subjected Auction. � Check the remaining time of the Auction. � View minimum Bid Decrement.

Step 11: Enter the rates and click "Submit" Step 12: Message of confirmation will appear.


Step 13: After Clicking on the "OK" button a confirmation message of the submission of the bid will appear. CONGRATULATIONS, you have just successfully submitted a response to an Auction! Step 14: Search for Attachments that may have been uploaded by the buyer from the navigation at the top left of the page.

Step 15: To download the attachment(s), Click on the ‘Buyer Attachments’ link


You will now be directed to the ‘Buyer Attachments’ page

Step 16: Select the attachment that you would like to download, Click on the ‘File Name’. Step 17: Download (save) the file to your local computer, Click the ‘Save’ button.


Note: If you have a recent version of Java installed on your computer, then you will have an option to mass download multiple attachments. If you wish to download a free version of Java go to http://www.java.com/

Step 18: Open the downloaded file from your local computer. Review the buyer’s comments, instructions or requests before responding to the Auction.
