Brief History of the International ILL service in the NDL
• 1953：We started international photocopy service
• 1960：We joined the IFLA framework of the international loan
• 2002：Kansai-kan launched– NDL-OPAC opened on the Internet– User Registraton started→ILL/DD service via NDL-OPAC started

• Copy Method : Photocopy or Microfilm printing
• Shipping Method: Postal Mail only
• Please note: we are not allowed to scan materials and send users PDFs via e-mail
Interlibrary Loan Service
• In addition to the following user registration, “User Registration for ILL” is required
• Not all NDL materials are loanable
• The items must be read only in a reading room of the requesting library
