    Myfindingsareconcurrentwiththefindingspresentedintheresearchofthebookthatwasusedinthis

    class.Ididnothaveaccesstoanactualstandardizedtest,butIusedthesampleIowaAssessment

    questionsthatourschoolhad.ThequestionsIhadaccesstowereReadingComprehension,Math,

    Science,andSocialStudies.Theonlysectionthataddressedmulticulturalismwasthereading

    comprehension,anditwasaboutayoungHispanicgirlandhowshefeltdifferentfromotherstudentsat

    school.Therewerenopicturesofothergroups,orothergroupsmentionedinquestioning.Some

    questions,likeifonegroupwasomottedfromthetopicortheme,arehardformetoanswerbecauseIonlyhaveasmallsampleinfrontofme.Icantquitesayonegroupwasomittedonpurpose,butIcan

    saytheyarenotincluded.Otherfactorsthatareusuallyconsidered,liketheauthorbeingqualifiedto

    speakonthematter,arealsohardtojudge.
