Staff is pleasant and caddies are helpful and knowledgeable. Pro shop, restaurant and locker rooms are basic.

A chipping and putting area are next to the first tee, but there’s no driving range. Refreshment huts are available on the front and back nine where they also sell balls,

which hints at the course’s difficulty.

The course is a 20-minute drive from Hat Yai. Although mainly flat with lots of water and trees to contend with it is challenging.

Palm Oil Trees

Approximately 400 Rai ( 640,000 sqm ) of Palm Trees and approximately 2500 Palm Trees There is plenty of additional adjacent land for additional Palm Trees.

It takes approximately 5 years for new trees to mature

Referral Fee & Commission Fee Referral Fee: The owner of Hat Yai Resort & Golf Club will provide a “Referral Fee” in the amount of US$15,000 to anyone who introduces a potential buyer to us. And, if introduction and sale are completed by April 30, 2015 the “referral person” will receive US$20,000. Regardless “Referral Fee” will only be paid upon complete sale of the property and all monies received by owner of the Hat Yai Resort & Golf Club. The “Referral Person” must provide his/her full name, country of residence and full contact information when he/she introduce a potential buyer to us. In addition, we must receive upon introduction of potential buyer, his/her full name, country of residence and full contact information. The “potential buyer” must confirm to us the Referral Person’s name. Please note that if potential buyers comes to us first and after introduces a “Referral Person’s name, this will not be accepted and no referral fee paid after the sale. Referral Fee will only be paid in full upon complete sale and receipt of money from buyer to owner of Hat Yai Resort & Golf Club.
