How to resolve the “User denied location” error

Apps

iOS: Open Privacy in settings. Then location services. Search for 9stacks and click always.

Android: Drop down the notifications to find location options and then turn it on .

Windows: Open settings, go to privacy, click on and switch it on.

Mac OS : 1) Go to system preferences (Click the apple logo on the top left to find it).

2) Click on security and privacy (3rd from the right on the first row).

3) Move to the privacy tab (4th tab), then click on location services.

4) Click the lock button on the bottom left to make changes (mac password will be required).

5) Scroll down to find ‘9stacks Poker’ and then tick the box to enable location access for the 9stacks application.

Browsers-

Chrome - You will get a pop up like the one seen below, click on allow.

Safari - You will get a pop up like the one you see below, click on allow.

Mozilla Firefox - You will get a pop up like the one seen below, click on allow location access.

Internet Explorer - You will get a pop up at the bottom of your screen, click on yes.

Opera and Opera Mini You will get a pop up like the one seen below, click on allow.
