Travel● All travel costs inside London tube zones 1-5 are included● All travel costs outside London tube zones 1-5 (Network Rail,
Overground, Intercity) will be charged at cost● The allowable travel time without any additional costs is 1 hour
and 30 minutes, each way● Any travel-time exceeding 1 hour and 30 minutes will be quoted in
advance, at cost● Overnight stays will be recharged at cost plus an £50 per diem● If a car is used for transportation we charge 40p per mile
Booking / Cancellation● Bookings can be made online at any time (24/7) or by telephone
during working hours (9.30am-6pm)● We aim to be able to schedule a shoot within 72 hours of being
notified of the instruction, best endeavors apply● Booking requested outside normal business hours, including
weekends and public holidays will incur an additional cost● Jobs cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will carry a 50%
cancellation fee based on the estimated job cost● Delays during or prior to shooting the property could result in
additional charges● During exceptional circumstances on-site, where 25% or more of
the property cannot be captured, may result in a cancellation or a re-shoot (charges may apply)
● In the event of hardware failure during a shoot we aim to schedule the reshoot within 48 hours of the failed date, free of charge
Post Production● Standard post production and quality assurance is included in fee● We aim to deliver property productions within 72 hours of capture● We do not provide floor plans for commercial properties● We reserve the right to request or outsource floor-plan production
for unusual and/ or complex properties
● IT integrations to your back office system (e.g. Reapit); will be reviewed and priced at £95/hour
● Online integration services beyond standard integration documentation will be charged at £95/hour
● Additional on-site training beyond the agreed initial training allocation will be priced at the hourly rate of £78/hour
● Any post-production editing, alterations or modifications (photoshop) will be charged at a £50/hour
Licensing● Licenses are issued according to contract, which includes
all of the photo capture, media production and our so"ware including the client administration panel
● Our licenses are valid for a minimum of 3 months and a maximum of 12 months
● Retired properties will be charged at 8% of the initial capture fee per annum
● Each license sold to a named customer cannot be duplicated or used by a third party without consent
● Properties that are bought on the ‘Fixed Fee model’, which are online for more than their packaged license period of 12 months will have an annual renewal charge of 40% of the initial cost (second year cost)
● Photo capture, production and license fees will be invoiced immediately a"er the property is published
● We have a 30 day payment policy for all invoices● Invoices are submitted monthly, quarterly or yearly● We reserve the the right to turn the media off in the event
of late payment (more than 90 days)● All the media captured belongs to Inspired Labs and is
licensed to the client● All prices are excluding VAT
