Residential Average Sale Price Change - March 2015
The residential segment picked up in February, we witnessed growing sale transaction volumes
for apartments and rising sale rates as an average overall the city. Year-on-year apartment
prices slightly decreased; recall that from Q4 2013 sale price in the Emirate hit faster pace
before entering into a healthy stabilization period that started in Q3 2014.
The villa market is quieter; landlords willing to sell their properties enjoy year-on-year sale price
increase while buyers benefit from stronger negotiation power due to the recent sale price
decrease.
