Resgrid allows your personnel to see the status of every station in the department and their unit status (Available, Unavailable, Committed, etc).
This allows your personnel to respond to a station where resources are available, or understaffed.
What station should responders go to? Where are resources available or under
staffed?
In the example above the 3 firefighters home station’s unit is already out, so responding there is no good, but the other stations engine is available and unstaffed. They can redirect to the station where the resource is available.
