5.2 Measuring attitudinal scale

Attitude of each people related with the experience in the past, which the attitude is divided into.

Measuring attitude has three scales:1. Liker scale2. Guttman scale3. Thurston scale

5.2.1 Likert scale

Liker scale using questionnaires measure a psychometric in ordinal scale.

5.2.2 Guttman scale‐ Guttman scale uses in structured interview or questionnaires by answering forms Yes/No.‐ Ordering question does start from low‐level in order to study agreeable level.
