Form (Research-AS)This we feel was very good as we sourced our own book to broaden our knowledge further about the conventions of Horror. This allowed us to get to ‘grips’ with terminology and complex techniques to apply to our production.

With annotations of the text and pages, we were able to pull out the key points of the text and ensure everything is relevant.

However, as we already knew what we were looking for it possibly made us inefficient whereby we may have missed out any other relevant points.

Location release form(Planning-AS) The location release form was a very efficient way of analysing our chosen locations for filming. Therefore this gave us a more in depth idea of what we had to bring along to the film shoots to ensure nothing fatal happened in terms o health and safety.

Furthermore, it tested our organisation skills and in order to be well organised for each shoot we set each other responsibilities of what to bring.

Weather report- (Planning-A2)

We produced a weather report to help us plan the days that were going to film. This was vital as it enabled us to choose the correct day with the correct weather conditions which would be suitable to the action genre (Sunny intervals).

However, relying on the correct day was a risky strategy and could have led our time management to be ‘thrown out the window’ as the wait for the correct day with eh correct conditions could have been long.

Animatic remake (Research-A2)

In terms of following all the original ideas from animatic remake of captain America, well we didn’t. we did use some of the aspects but not all, therefore we did not plan very well in terms of the shots we wanted to show. Therefore this led us to change our ideas of what would be included and to an extent we can argue that we did not do enough research into the form of a teaser trailer.
