ARCTIC SURVIVOR DRYSUIT

The Arctic Survivor is our new tri-laminate drysuit, designed to deliver great value and all-round performance. The drysuit has a nylon outer and features integrated oversized knee and seat protection and our acclaimed rugged hard sole boots. Securing the drysuit is a YKK® Aquaseal® zip, protected by a zip �ap with hook and loop fastening tabs. The Arctic Survivor can be worn in conjunction with numerous thermal garments or combinations of thermal garments.

Our high performance in�ation and exhaust valves, a zipped transporter pocket and a hook and loop fastening bellows pocket are �tted as standard. Pockets, valves and their positions can be customised on request, along with a host of other drysuit elements. The suit is supplied with a bag, hood, hose and maintenance kit.

CUSTOM KEVLAR® DRYSUIT

The breathable Kevlar® drysuit has been specially developed for demanding operations such as surface rescue, professional diving, technical and military diving. The fabric is lightweight making the drysuit very comfortable and ideal for travelling.

The front and BIB entry zip options allows the user to don the suit without assistance. The zip �ap provides protection from sand / dirt and prevents the drysuit from rubbing against the zip teeth.

Duratex tape is used to protect the outside of the seams from abrasion. Flat seams are taped inside and out for strength and reliability. The photos shown are an example only. We can manufacture a suit similar but to your exact speci�cations please contact us to discuss what you require.

Manufactured with a heavy duty zip, to withstand washing on the rig and reinforced stitching to increase its working life. Designed to last up to three times longer then the average undersuit.

The Thermal Sat Suit has minimal seams & no quilting to allow freer movement of gas or hot water around the suit and in action the undersuit avoids cold spots too. Side leg splits with Velcro fastening allow easy access and to ease wearing work boots for deck work.

The suits layered construction helps it to retain heat, even when wet and dries fast to help keep the wearer warm during and after the dive. The suit also drops water fast so worn in the bell post dive; it is warmer and more comfortable than �eece or thinsulate.

The Bodycore undersuit is suitable for general use in warmer months and as an additional base layer in colder months. In colder months the undersuit is also suitable as a single base layer for vigorous activity such as manual labour or aggressive swimming.

The Bodycore is manufactured from wicking �eece and has a protective exterior �nish. It’s an all-in-one garment, secured at the front with a YKK® zip and a velcro closing neck collar.

The undersuit features foot stirrups, which are worn when the undersuit is in use to help keep it in place. The Bodycore also features handy thumb stirrups to be worn when pushing your arms through the arms of your drysuit, this stops the undersuit’s arms from rucking up.

A compact, durable and lightweight helmet, certi�ed to EN 12492 (working at height).

Inside the Elev8’s ABS outer shell there’s an EPS foam lining and removable cushioning to keep you comfortable. Handily, the cushioning is removable and washable. Furthermore, ten ventilation points feature on the helmet, all of which are protected with mesh to prevent dirt etc. from entering. The vents also allow water to �ow through the helmet when it’s used in water.

The helmet’s size can be quickly adjusted with the convenient twist mechanism at the rear, and the padded chin strap is also adjustable. The strap secures with a Fastex-style clasp.

The Elev8 is equipped with mounting points for ear defenders, a visor and a headlamp – all of which are available separately.

These gloves are manufactured from our unique 4-way superstretch neoprene and come with liquid taped seams and reinforced glass powder printing in high wear areas. The inside of the gloves are lined with a Ti-Ax™ super-warm titanium inner lining.

For warmer water or surface use, we recommend the 2mm option. Our 5mm and 7mm options are ideal for cooler conditions, where thicker gloves are essential. Even at top thickness, these gloves don’t compromise dexterity.

The RR5 Rapid Deployment Raft is perfect for fast-response and ice rescue. The raft surrounds one or more rescuers in an ultra buoyant and protective in�ated perimeter. The RR5 allows a rescuer or rescue team to quickly reach a victim and safely retrieve them from the ice or a cold water rescue scene.

The rescuer or rescue team can easily carry the 22kg RR5 to the edge of the ice, step into the craft, and run out across the ice to reach a victim. While on the ice, they are protected from falling through a fracture into the water. In a combination ice and open water situation, the RR5 can be paddled across open water or broken ice and water by one or two rescue technicians. Perfect for rapid response ice rescue equipment and should be part of every rescue responder kit.

Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE) ropes are considered the best ropes for water rescue, marine & industrial applications, performance yachting, aquaculture, commercial �shing, mountaineering etc and they can be the ideal substitute for wire and steel in the mooring line of the Tanker vessels, pennant lines for o�shore rigs, tow hawsers, ship assist lines and a lot more.

The rope �oats in water making them signi�cantly safer, their low stretch properties provide greater sensitivity and their low elongation combined with their low weight makes their handling easy and the manoeuvring of vessels extremely accurate especially in distress & critical times. Polypropylene rope �oats and is best suited for use where buoyancy is a major factor making it perfect for water rescue. It has excellent resistance to rotting, mildrew and abrasion and has moderate elastic properties and about 60% of the energy absorption capacity of nylon but maintains a low breaking strength.

Construction, the rope is jacketed composed of a braided sheath over the main load bearing core. The core consists of continuous parallel �bers throughtout the length of the rope. This increases rope stretch resistance and load characteristics. The sheath is a braided jacket with half of the strands having a left twist and the other half having a right twist. The sheath provides up to 25% of the ropes strength. With this type of construction the sheath absorbs most of the abrasion and protects the load-bearing core. This construction type is most commonly used for rescue rope.

60L ZIPPED DAYSACK DRY BAG WITH MOLLE SYSTEM

A large watertight, airtight and lightweight bag with integrated MOLLE system. The YKK® Zipped Daysack Dry Bag with MOLLE System is manufactured from black 420D nylon TPU CN and has welded seams for extra reinforcement. The YKK® high compression Aquaseal® dry zip is protected with PU tape.

The bag has adjustable, padded shoulder straps and is load tested to 100kg. Fiited with two compression straps, 50mm plastic d-rings, reinforced corners and an in�ation/de�ation tube which can be locked to prevent accidental de�ation. This dry bag has been designed with MOLLE system panels welded to the front and sides, making it easy for users to e�ortlessly attach any MOLLE compatible bag or equipment to it.

Custom branding is available, we can print your logo onto this bag in re�ective or full colour, artwork services o�ered by our inhouse creative dept.
