The entire application need to be parameterized with no hard coding of options. Vendor to convert their existing app into parameterized app so that Bank can select / deselect features, colour combinations, position of buttons / menu / search options / history, indexing and numbering of agenda, font-size, etc.

How does the Bank expect generic software providers to open their solutions for 100% customization as seemingly proposed in this clause? Would the Bank want the user to be overwhelmed with so many options? Does the Bank intend to modify the software code to freeze the options basis the changing requirements of its end users? This may not be a feasible option for any non-custom solution provider; hence bank is requested to reconsider this clause.
