The Leasing Guide could be obtained from the Corporation at 6/F, Bio-informatics Centre, 2 Science Park West Avenue, Science Park, Shatin, Hong Kong by appointment. 4. All proposals are subject to evaluation of Technical Proposal and Financial Bid at our discretion. The Corporation is not bound to accept a bid with the highest rent or any proposal. 5. An assessment panel will evaluate all returned proposals. The details are as follows :- Technical Proposal will be evaluated according to the assessment criteria at Annex I. Financial Bid will be evaluated based on the proposed financial terms. 6. The location plan, site plans and floor plans of the premises are at Annex II. The premises are shown coloured pink on the site plans and floor plans for identification purpose only.

8. Please deposit in the Collection Box at 8/F, Bio-informatics Centre, 2 Science Park

West Avenue, Science Park, Shatin, Hong Kong not later than 5:00 pm, 16th

November 2018. Late submission will NOT be considered.

9. In the event a typhoon signal No. 8 or above is hoisted or a black rainstorm warning

signal is issued between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm on the submission closing date, the

submission deadline will be postponed to 5:00 pm on the next working day.

10. The Corporation does not bind itself to accept any proposal it may receive.
