•Bid fee of significant cost mitigations of:
• $10,000 or greater for 2019 National Youth Championships;
•Media, Marketing and Sport Development plan for the sport in the host city;
The ideal VENUE partner
• Preferably, venue and headquarters hotel within walking distance;
• Around 40,000sqft continuous for COMPETITION SPACE;
• Around 9,000sqft for TRAINING SPACE (in a different room);
• Break out rooms for USADA, Weigh-in Area (x4), Referees Hospitality room and Check Scale;
• Complimentary minimal 15MB wired upload internet speed;
• Wireless internet available to audience;
• Easily accessible loading dock;
The ideal VENUE partner
• Adjustable and clear lighting;
• Provision for bleacher seating for 600 spectators;
• Parking passes for volunteers and USAW staff;
• No rental cost or mitigated rental cost;

• Rate below $119 per night, with a significant discount from the market rate;
• $ amount in room rebate included for USAW;
• 10 complimentary rooms for USAW events staff through the duration of the event;
• 12 discounted rooms for USAW Referees (prices below the agreed rate);
• Complimentary room for check scale;
• No attrition clause;
Important Deadlines
• USAW will receive proposals until Dec 18th
• The winning bid will be announced by Jan 31st 2019.
