COMES NOW, by and through her undersigned counsel, and of the law offices of Cotabato City, and hereby respectfully Moves this Honorable Court for Annulment against Defendant OLIVIA C. TABERNO, and alleges as follows:

1. That this Court has jurisdiction pursuant to NRS 1254.360 as the marriage was performed and entered into Tagum City;

2. That Annulment and Defendant were married on September 18, 1999, Tagum, Davao del Norte;

3. That there is no community property to be divided by the Court;

4. That there are no community debts to be divided by the Court;5. That neither party should be awarded spousal support;6. That Annulment spears changed her maiden name and

therefore should current name;7. That there are grounds for this Court to grant an annulment

pursuant to NRS 125.3 because Annulment lacked understanding of her actions to the extent that she was incapable agreeing to the marriage because before entering into the marriage the Annulment and Defendant not know each

others likes and dislikes, each others desires to have or not have children, and others desires as to state of residency. Upon learning of each others desires, they are so incompatible that there was a want of understanding of each others actions in entering into this marriage.

Additionally pursuant to NRS 125.350 there was no meeting of the minds in entering this marriage contract and in a court of equity there is cause for declaring the contract void.

WHEREFORE, ANNULMENT for a Judgement as follows:

1. That the marriage existing between Annulment and Defendant OLIVIA C. TABERNERO declared null and void and that Annulment be granted absolute Decree of Annulment and each of the parties be restored to the status of single, unmarried person;

2. That the Court grant the relief requested in this Complaint.
