o All work contemplated under this contract is to be covered by and in conformity with the contract specifications. Where not specifically provided for in the contract specifications, the work shall be governed by the NYSDOT Standard Specifications (US Customary Units) of January 1, 2016 Letting. Contract plans have been designed in accordance with the latest FAA Advisory Circulars and NYSDOT policies and guidelines.
