A gosthie was organized on “Various Reproductive” disorders of livestock at village on 03/10/17. The livestock owners were educated about various reproductive disorders of livestock.
Cleanliness drive was organized in the village. About 30 NSS volunteers actively participated in this drive. The road and streets of the village were cleaned and the villagers were educated & motivated about the importance of hygiene.

E-initiative:- University has made available 4 Computer with printer in govt. primary school. Computer and internal services are being provided by university in the govt. upper primary school.

Swachhta hi Seva programme:- Krishi Vigyan Kendra organizing a continuous movement on Swachhta hi Seva in Benisar Village. KVK scientists, Farmers, Farmer women rural youth and Students are actively participated in this movement. E-initiatives Registering Farmers in M-Kisan Portal.
10 Shri Karan Narendra Agriculture University, Jobner (Jaipur)
Organized Swachhta programme under Swachh Bharat Mission at Govt. Sec. School, Idan Ka Bas and village of Idan Ka Bas on 05.10.2017 in which students and staff of school, villagers, farmers and farm women’s were participated.
Celebrated Swachh Bharat Pakhwada (Nov. 1-15, 2017) by SKNAU students and villagers, in which road side and school cleanliness work was done by the participants.Selection and survey of farmers for demonstration of Rabi 2017-118.
E-initiatives Farmers and farm women’s were registered at m-kisan portal where they are receiving the message related to new agricultural technology on their mobile phones.
11 Jai Narayan Vyas University, Jodhpur
A programme under Swachha Bharat mission was organized by the Nodal Officer and programme officer with NSS team along with NSS Volunteer under this programme, the villagers of the village of Nandra Kallan were educated regarding Swachha Bharat Mission. They were told about improvement in the general quality of life, promoting cleanliness hygiene, eliminating open defecation, sanitation coverage and health etc.
E-initiatives Two Computer Laboratory were set up as per the
commitment. One computer lab established in Govt. Secondary School, Nandra Kalan village for the students, Another one established at Atal Sewa Kendra for the villagers.

Swarnprashan camp has been conducted on dated 14 Oct. 2017 for better health of children.
Plantation of Neem, Sheesham etc. was conducted in the govt. middle school campus by Hon’ble VC Prof R.S.Sharma, Principal university college of Ayurved Prof. Govind Sahay Shukla, NSS programme officer Dr. Manoj Adlakha and NSS Volunteers.

Swachhta camp was held in the school on dated 2 Oct. 2017 under the Swachh Bharat Mission for cleanliness and create an awareness environment of cleanliness across the Ghadav village. E-initiative A lecture was delivered to the school children once a week on the topic of internet surfing and the different parts of computer.
13 Sardar Patel Police Security and Criminal Justice University, Jodhpur
Nodal officer visited the Village on 12.10.2017 to discuss about conducting Beti Bachao Beti Padao Awareness Camp and Oath against Child Marriage (on 27.10.2017). Organized an orientation programme to discourage and cancellation of child marriage. Daughters with Mothers took resolution to stop child marriage. E-initiative
Two information assistants have been appointed vide order no. 2383 dated 01.09.2016 for series of lectures on E-literacy.

Visit and interaction with farmers and provide information regarding scientific rearing of sheep production and management.
Interaction with farmers and provide information about concerned institution for Vaccination in sheep and goat rearing.

Lecture given under Swachh Bharat Mission in Adarsh Sri Ram Sr. Sec. School at Nimoda (Hariji) on 25.10.2017. Students motivated to adopt cleanliness in daily life.
Taken out a rally of students to spread Swachhta message under Swachh Bharat Mission.
To save the students from seasonal diseases University administered Kadha.
18 Kota University, Kota
Villagers apprised of the diseases from open defecation and motivated to use toilets.
Discussions held on keeping public places clean and on waste management system. Donated 40 plants and 15 tree guards to School.
19 Rajasthan Technical University, Kota
A three day training programme on “Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA)” was successfully organized during Oct. 5 to 7, 2017. 30 students were participated in the training programme.
Cleanliness:- A cleanliness campaign was organized in village Chhipadda on 29 October 2017 Sunday. A team of RTU with 35 student volunteers accompanied by the faculty. The main purpose of this programme was to create awareness among the villagers regarding cleanliness and its benefits.
Skill Development:- list of youth farmers have been prepared who are willing to learn honey production. Agricultural University, Kota has been requested to provide training for the same and it is being expected to happen in November. More options would be considered and planned in coming months.
An exposure visit of 6 student volunteers along with faculty incharge Munish Bindal was undertaken by visiting Malviya Smriti Vikas Pariyojna-a village development project run and Unnat Bharat Abhiyaan team at IITBHU at Varanasi district. It has helped in developing practical vision of working for village development. E-initiatives:- 1. Functioning of computer lab in school. 2. Training of teachers on computer.

1. Efforts are being made for sanction of project proposals worth Rs. 31.99 lakh for construction of boundary wall of Govt. Secondary school in village Kadechawas and construction of three rooms and repair and maintenance of existing rooms in Govt. Higher Secondary School, Chhali submitted to Chairman, Distt. Mineral Foundation Trust, Udaipur.
2. The University is completing two and half years of work in adopted villages in December, 2017. Efforts are being made to complete the work initiated. Final report is being prepared. Selection of new village for Smart Village initiated.

Deepening work of pond was initiated. ADM IVth and OIC Development Jaipur was requested by the university to issue sanction and develop the old pond under MNREGS. As informed by the university, District Administration has refused to provide budget for strengthening of old pond. CEO Zila Parishad is ready to provide sanction for the construction of new pond but not for the old one. Since there is no another site available for pond in the village, problem is being faced for construction of new pond. Raj Bhawan requested the collector Jaipur for appropriate action on the University’s proposal. ADM IV has directed CEO Zila Parishad for construction of pond, maintenance and plantation of pond as per rules.
