December 17 to 23, 2013

December 17 – Arrived at Roxas City; waited for the release of the cargo; met with Vice Mayor Ronnie Dadivas over breakfast;

divided ourselves into two groups to do site inspection in two barangays of Pontevedra (Sublangon and Guba)

December 18 – PLENARY TRAINING OF TRAINORS

Municipal engineers, administrators, barangay captains, representatives and Vice Mayor Ronnie Dadivas (in green shirt) of Roxas City attended the training.

Vice Mayor Dadivas accepted 3 units for Roxas City (for barangay Olatayan, Dinginan and Barra)

Municipal engineers, barangay captains and representatives of Panay accepted 5 units (for barangay Butacal, Lanipga, Pawa, Agojo and Bantique)

Barangay captains and representatives of Pontavedra accepted 4 units (for barangay Sublangon, Guba, Ameligan and Cabugao)

Barangay Captain of Switch, Tapaz accepted one unit for his barangay.

Municipal engineer of Maayon accepted two units (for barangay Poblacion and Cabungahan)

Municipal engineer of Pres. Roxas accepted two units (for barangay Badiangon, Bayuyan)

Municipal engineer of Panitan accepted two units (for barangay Cogon and Bangaan)

December 22 – Since the rest of the Municipal Halls of Capiz will install the system by themselves, we had a Sunday day-off. We decided to go to the nearest public beach in Roxas City and take a dip.
