Report on the Economics Department Fest

EQUILIBRIUM (2015-2016)

Welcoming the Chief Guest Mr. Vivek Karwa (CEO of Vridhi)for the inauguration ceremony of Equilibrium 2015-2016

The department cultural fest, Equilibrium for the year 2015-16 was held on 21st August,2015.The event begun at 9:00 am in the Lawrence Sundaram Auditorium. The ChiefGuest of the inauguration was Mr. Vivek Karwa (CEO of Vridhi) who along with Prof.T Eugine, Head, Department of Economics, Dr. K. Babu, President of LEAD graced theoccasion.

Dr. M. Selvaraj honoured the chief guest with a bouquet and memento.

Mr. Vivek Karwa gave a tremendous speech and inspired the young audience with his words of wisdom.

The first event of the day, GNASH IT OUT was really entertaining and kept the crowd entertained withall the participants coming up with creative arguments of their own.

All the events went on time and the Valedictory Function commenced. The Chief Guest for the functionwas Mr. Sunil Sanklecha (Managing Director of Nuts & Spices)
