1 Replacement Percentage of Bitumen with Plastic in

Bituminous Road

1) The study of some of plastic waste materials which we can reuse by certain processing and use in road construction.

2) The materials as a result we are equipped with useful and valuable information about these materials.

3) The discussed materials have many advantages over conventional/traditional materials and methods.

4) This project will come up with useful information and creating awareness amongst the learner in the industry regarding waste material.

5) So that one can have a step towards further detailed information about these materials and thus be able to implement on field which will definitely improve the level of construction.

2 Sustainable Sludge

Management by Vermicomposition

An estimated 38354 million liters per day (MLD) sewage is generated in major cities of India, the sewage treatment capacity is 11786 MLD which produces large quantity of sewage sludge. Sewage sludge is containing very high inparasite concentration and low heavy metal. So that this sludge treatment is very complicated. Un-sanitaion of this sludge can cause millions of death every year which is very big reason to worry. Different issues needed to achieve as stainable sludge management in developing nations are analyzed.

Based on this analysis some conclusions arise:

Sludge management plays an important role in sanitation. So that this sewage sludge need to be treated. This project conducting one of the sewage sludge treatment named ‘vermicomposting’. This method favor sludge reuse to fight problems like soil degradation, reduced crop production, and the increased use of inorganic fertilizers.

Study on Soil Stabilization with Waste Textile

Material for Rural Road

India is first in global jute production and shares 63% of the global textile and garment market. India is second in global textile manufacturing and also second in silk and cotton production. Recycling and reuse of textile wastes has assumed importance in recent past in our country. With the rise in living standard, the demand for textile and clothes is expected to grow. Present scenario shows that there are many on-going projects to reduce textile wastes. The main aim is to increase soil properties with use of waste textile material.

1 Smart Street Light

Management System (IDP)

This system mainly focuses on saving electricity. This system will automatically turn on/off the streetlight and set the brightness level according to the sunlight and detect the faulty streetlight among all. The existing simple Streetlights are controlled manually, so some times if there is a problem of visibility on the streets we have to on/off the streetlights. So sometimes it may happen that the responsible person forget to on/off the streetlights. That is why the electricity is wasted or when we need lights on the street it is unavailable so peoples may have to face some problems. Project idea:

To overcome this all the problems and other more problems this smart streetlight system works. The one circuit will be placed for the specific area and around 10-20(approx) streetlights will be handled by this circuit. The street lights will be automatically turn on or off by this system. The brightness level of all the street lights under this system will be set automatically. And if any of them is not working then we will get informed by the system that this street light is not working properly. Fault tolerance: Whenever any fault comes in specific light system willsend signal and with the help of it we can maintain it easily. The faulty light’s location can be retrieved to the console. Users: • Municipal Corporation. • Electricity board. • Agency who maintains the streetlights of the city. • Any other person who relates to it.

2 Online Appointment (UDP)

The meetings/interview is most happen factor in the world. Today appointment is mostly used by highly professional people. Users who want to fix appointment can get the list of professional people and then can fix the appointment at comfortable time of professional people. Professional people can accept or decline the request of appointment with specific or valid reason. ● If the appointment is cancelled the other user who has requested to fix appointment at that time can get notification to approve that he/she wants to fix that slot of time or not. ● If the appointment is cancelled by the highly professional person he must have reason to doing so and users get notify that appointment was cancelled by the professional person and the appointment time is changed. ● If the appointment is cancelled by the user then the appointment is given to user who had tried to take that time slot if he/she wants to accept that time then his/her slot is given to the other user and professional person get notify that the appointment is replaced.

Resolution System (IDP)

ge all the complains from the user of product of a sales company.

,distributes them among the employees automatically.

• To be distribute the work without interference of any people . • From the GPS route, we track the location of employee and save the fuel money. • From the review we calculate the performance ration of the employee and from that ratio the salary and bonus is controlled for that employee.

To Design and Devlop Solar

Tree for Harnessing Renewable

Power

Now a day with the growing population and energy demand we should take a renewable option of energy soiirce and also we should keep in mind that energy should not cause pollution and other natiiral hazards. In this case tlie solar energy is the best option for us. India is a highly populated country, so we should take the advantage of such an energy which requires a very less space to produce energy efficiently. In this case solar tree could be the best one for us. We can also use the techiiique called "SPIRALLING PHYLLATAXY" to improve the efficiency of the plant. It can be applied in street liglitening system, industrial power supply etc. It is much better than the traditional solar PV system in area point of view and also more efficient. So this will be a very good option and should be implemented.

2 Electronic Home Security System

The aim of this project is electronic home security system. This project will help us to stop the burglary or theft. This is applicable to any home, jewel shops, mobile shop. Diamond Company, banks etc. Where in the different types security systems are used. In this system we are using cheap electronic parts to reduce the cost of the system. We can easily Install this system I different place of house, office, shops etc. In this system. We have also incorporated eye security system, sound operated system, laser system, and PIR sensor based system. Hence the security system will sound an alert when there is an attempt ofbreak-in or if there is possible burglary or theft.

3 Protection of Feeder

Against Over Current Fault

The probability of faults occurring on the lines is much more due to their greater length and exposure to atmospheric conditions. This has called for many protective schemes which have no application to the comparatively simple cases of altemators and transformers. The requirements of line protection are: (i) In the event of a short-circuit, the circuit breaker closest to the fault should open, all other circuit breakers remaining in a closed position. (ii) In case the nearest breaker to the fault fails to open, back-up protection should be provided by the adjacent circuit breakers. (ill) The relay operating time should be just as short as possible in order to preserve system stability, without unnecessary tripping of circuits. The protection of lines presents a problem quite different fi-om the protection of station apparatus Such as generators, transformers and bus bars. While differential protection is ideal method for Lines, it is much more expensive to use. The two ends of a Ime may be several kilometres apart and to compare the two currents, a costly pilot-wire circuit is required. This expense may be justified but in general less costly methods are used. The common methods of line protection are (i) Time-graded overcurrent protection (il) Differential protection (lii) Distance protection In this project we are going to implement the overcurrent & earth fault protection which is economical compare to other forms of protection schemes.

Design & Development of

Automatic Plastering M/C

Now a day Due to manual process of wall plastering on construction site, there is a huge scale requirement of labour and hence the labour cost is responsible for increasing the price of construction or project work. The quality of work is mostly depending on the skill of the labour work in manual plastering process. Plastering is the plasterwork which is known as ornamentation done by plasterers on walls by manually in most parts of the world. The plasterwork needs more effort of humans and also consumes more time in manual process. To avoid it the solution of these problems is just to automate the process, so that there will be a saving of period and cost and getting good plaster finishing to the walls. This is an intention to implement an innovative process with a development of “Automatic Plastering Machine”. Automations one of the significant and evolving disciplines among all technologies. Our main aim of the project is to render the plasters on walls automatically. This innovative idea aims in reducing the work of plasterer. It is feasible, light weight, inexpensive and simple structure comparing to the existing machine

2 Waste Plastic Fuel

Oil

Plastics have been one of the materials because of their wide range of application due to versatility and relatively low costand since plastic being a nonbiodegradable material tremains into the soil, there by polluting the environment. As we know that both Plastics and Petroleum derived fuel sare Hydrocarbons that contain the elements of Carbon & Hydrogen. Pyrolysis process becomes an option of waste-to-energy--technology to deliver bio-fuel to replace fossil fuel. Pyrolysis is also nontoxic or non-environmental harmful mission unlike in cineration. The experimental setup consisting of metalli cvessel, arrangement for condensate will be developed to conduct few experimental trial. The aim of present work is to get biodegradable oil from the waste plastic.

Modification & Automation in

Carriage Motion Using Programming

Codes

A lathe is the one of the oldest machine tools. It is the most important machine used in any work piece. Initially it was used for wood turning. After HENRY MAUDSTAY developed the sliding carriage in 1800, a lot of development has taken place and lathe are now available in numerous of size and shape. The development of Computer Aided Design and Manufacturing System is evolving to the phase of integrated manufacturing system, which is oriented towards the need of 21st century in order to achieve the productivity growth in the current trend of the integrative engineering, a series of researches are focused on the development and analysis of the method for decreasing the time required for the transition from computer modelling of the surface shape to machining it , in condition of maintaining or improving the quality of the surface finish. This can be possible by using stepper motor, control unit and M-code & G-code.
