About the Event..

Summary

Placement drives form an integral part of every institute as it endows the

opportunities to the students to get employment in the well-known and

esteemed organizations. The Third time in this region our institute witnessed a

great placement session on 13th 14th 15th June 2016 Mega placement drive

2016.

The aim of the event was to make empowered the students by receiving the

ample opportunities to compete in the race and get placed in established

organizations. This event was a grand success as the industry student

interaction was at the greatest peak and huge numbers of students were

selected.

Objective

The main objective of Mega Placement Drive 2016 was to to facilitate the students in a way that they can get exposed to not only to the curriculum but also to the industry inter faces and to aid students in getting placed with esteemed organizations where they can serve the companies through their competencies and acquire their best practices.

Inaugural Function

The inaugural function was held at 9:00 a.m. in the presence of Shri Jitubhai Hirpara, Mayor of Junagadh and Dr.Maiyani Sir, Vice Chancellesor Shri Bhakatkavi Narsinh Meha University who helped us to make this event successful.

Key note Speech is given by Shri Jitubhai Hirpara and Shri Arvindbhai Domaadiya (M.D.Krunal Construction Rajkot) gave the speech about Importance of Engineering. Valedictory speech is giver by our principal sir Prof..C.N.Jasani.

The event was mesmerized to see the enthusiasm of the participants and the support reflected by the delegates. The function started with the prayer as per the tradition of the institute. The institute was ecstatic to host the industry personnel and the same was shown through a warm and hearty welcome given by the faculties.

Written Examination

Succeeding to the inaugural function, the company delegates gave a presentation regarding their offerings, company profile, duties and responsibilities, etc. It actually helped the students to understand the profiles better and also to prepare themselves before they appear for the interviews. Out College Conducted Written test for all the job seeker for evaluate them .Some companies also choose to conduct written examinations as a part of their scrutiny process which was scheduled after the pre placement talk.

Organizations Recruiting on Campus

At the end of the Mega-placement drive companies declared the Recruited employee list by all procedure. Students have to pass three round. In first they cleared their written test, in second technical interview. In last they required to clear practical Test and PI. Last Round the organization will take by their term.

In Above two round, among the all students 700 students are recruited from degree and diploma of Electrical & Mechanical Department.
