Sir,

I am to refer to your Appeal dated 9.6.2015 (received in this office on 11.6.2015)

under RTI Act, 2005. Your Appeal with reference to your RTI Application dated 18.4.2015 has

been duly considered. The reply of CPIO that no such examination was conducted by the

Commission is found to be correct as per records since it is found from the Admission

Certificate submitted by you with your Appeal shows that the name of examination was

RECCT. OF DIV. ACCTTS/AUDITORS/UDCs ETC. 1994 and not SSC Graduate Level 1994 as

mentioned by you in your RTI Application dated 18.4.2015.

2. The information sought by you Merit List/ranking is pretty old since relevant records

date back to more than 20 years and are not traceable in this office. Retrieval of such

information would cause disproportionate diversion of resources of this office. However,

during search it found that your name appears in nomination register where your rank is

mentioned as SLB\248. In this matter you are also called upon to visit this office on any

working day and inspect the files/documents under prior intimation to his office.

office on 01.07.2015, it is to inform you that you were declared finally selected in respect of

Constable (GD) in CAPFs & Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles Exam, 2013 for the state of Odisha.

However, on the day of document verification during Detailed Medical Examination of the said

examination you submitted domicile certificate for the state of Rajasthan. As a result your

dossier was returned by CISF Authority to this office. Your case has been referred to SSC,

Headquarters for revision of result for the state of Rajasthan as your domicility is for the state of

Rajasthan as per the domicile certificate submitted by you. The revised result has not yet been

communicated by SSC, Headquarters. If in the revised result you are declared finally selected,

your dossier will be sent to the concerned CAPF Authority for which you will be selected for

further necessary action at their end. It is also stated that the dossier of Sita Ram Gurjar (Roll

no. 460414888) has already been sought back by the Commission from the CRPF authority for

taking similar kind of action.
