Southern Heat Exchanger Services (SHECO Services) is a subsidiary ofSouthern Heat Exchanger Corporation (SHECO) of Tuscaloosa, Alabama.Initially established in 2003 to meet the growing service and repair needsof the heat exchanger industry, SHECO services quickly established aloyal customer base with its experience and responsiveness. Today SHECOServices does a lot more than just service and repairs, early on SHECOServices began building new Shell and Tube Heat Exchangers as well asAir Coolers for customers across a wide range of industries and todaycovers the spectrum in both categories.

The shop is equipped to handle work of virtually any size and type, frompipe size shell and tube units to feedwater heaters to fin fan units, SHECOServices has built and successfully repaired them all. Equipped with ahorizontal cut-off saw with an 84” throat, 100,000 pounds of in-house liftcapacity and all the machining, welding and support equipment it needs,SHECO Services can build or repair virtually any heat exchanger. Its staffhas over 200 years of combined heat exchanger design, manufacturing andrepair experience. In addition they have the full support of their parentSouthern Heat Exchanger in Tuscaloosa, with its’ 2 plants, engineering staffand 50 plus years in the heat exchanger business.
