When considering renting to pet owners Annapolis Property Services recommends:
Annapolis Property Services requires a $500 per pet deposit to further mitigate your risk. Our lease also states that the tenant is responsible for the full cost of pet damage and requires all carpets to be professionally cleaned upon tenant vacation. Pet owning tenants are also required to complete a pet addendum stating the breed, type, size and age of the pet.
