The Renish Petrochem FZE (the erstwhile Richmond Petrochem Trading FZE) is a leading player in by product of Oil, having a vision to be an Energy integrated multinational organization. The business has been spread across different continents. The Company has been dealing in chemicals, such as; lubricating oils, base oils, and additives, as well as bitumen in the international markets since 2006. Mr Hitesh Mehta, the sole owner, has a very wide experience and long term business contacts from his family owned oil business called Raj Kamal Industrial Private Ltd, Ahmedabad India since 1960. MANAGEMENT BACKGROUND AND ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE Renish Petrochem is anchored by a team of experienced and committed visionaries who are dedicated towards scaling the company to greater heights through innovation and excellence; thereby creating value for all our stakeholders.

MR. HITESH MEHTA (MANAGING DIRECTOR) Mr. Mehta, the founder of Renish Petrochem, has very rich experience (since last 3 decades) from his family business at Raj Kamal Industrial Pvt. Ltd. (Based in Ahmedabad, India) .He established the Renish Petrochem FZE in Hamriyah Free Zone in 2006. He is the technical backbone of the company, who now leads the group. He is a self-made man with acute business acumen and is the mastermind behind most projects of the company. Mr. Hitesh Mehta planned for expanding the activities, aimed to internationalize the business. Mr. Mehta is also financial backbone of the company. He has always made sure the banking / funding arrangements to support the growth of the company. He also oversees the company’s business interests in the Indian subcontinent. He has about 25 years of experience in marketing oils and chemicals in India. Mr. Mehta’s educational qualifications include BA from the University of Gujarat at Ahmedabad, India. His other interests are reading, travel, and music.

MANAGEMENT

CA. AHMED AYAZ (CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER) Mr. Ahmed Ayaz has joined as Chief Executive Officer during November 2013. He is responsible for the smooth operation and management of the company as a whole. He is Chartered Accountant from India and have more than 25 year of experience in different field and industry. Before joining Renish he was working with EMARINE PJSC Jabel Ali Dubai as General Manager, and Abu Dhabi Investment Authority as Chief Operation officer.

CA. MR. DHAVAL SHAH (FINANCE MANAGER) Mr. Dhaval Shah provides financial direction, oversight and control for the company and strategic leadership for Treasury. He is responsible for assessing and managing enterprise-wide risks at the company level covering various risks such as credit, market, operations, etc. across all businesses. Mr. Dhaval Shah is a Chartered accountant by qualification and previously worked for 2 years as Senior Auditor for reputed chartered accountant firm called Horwath Mak.

Alaska International FZE is a company based in Hamriyah Free Zone, Sharjah, UAE. The company’s activities consist of; storage of petroleum products, such as; Base Oil, Fuel Oil, Lubricating Oil, Bitumen. etc. The construction of ALASKA began in 2007 in a total area of 25000 M² and it became operational in 2009, with 10 storage tanks, along with 2 main pipelines, as well as foam line as per API 650 standard. The storage tanks have a total capacity of about 55,000 cbm and are built up on steel reinforced concrete foundations, observing the state authorities safety criteria. The exceptional location and having direct piping systems from the storage tanks to the quay has made it fast and easy to discharge / or load the petroleum liquid products from / and onto the carrying vessels. An electronic weigh bridge with steel platform facilitates the register the precise records of incoming / outgoing materials to and from Alaska International FZC facilities. The complex is equipped with fire protection system that corresponds with the current world standards.
