During the renewal period

your Status light turns

yellow and the Start

Renewal button appears.

Every application has

detailed instructions. Read

them carefully.

Confirm your brokerage

Brokerage Amendments –If you have an amendment to

report, you must do so through

the brokerage amendment

process before you can proceed

with renewal.

Confirm whether or not

you provide condominium

management services.

Declare your type of ownership. If you

own less than 100% of your brokerage,

you must also answer suitability

questions on behalf of your brokerage.

Answer the suitability

questions on your own

behalf.

If you own less than 100% of the

brokerage, you must also answer

suitability questions on behalf of

the other owner(s), shareholders,

officers and directors.

Give your

acknowledgements and

make your declaration.

Pay the renewal fees. If

you don’t have brokerage

credit on the system, you

can pay directly by credit

card.

Your brokerage is renewed

when your Status light

turns green.
