The conception: IPP with 25 years Power purchase agreement PPAbetween MASEN and the project company under the double PPA :• MASEN concluded an agreement for the purchase of electricity with

the ONE it is 1st PPA• MASEN concludes another PPA with the company(society) of

project ( SPC)• And the SPC is going to conclude an agreement of connecting with

the ONE.• Financial c‐plan:• In for purpose to minimize the participation of the State by the

appeal (recourse) to donations and concessional loans to bemobilized by MASEN and to be afterward retroceded to the SPC:It’s a new Jurisdiction in the region

LA BIOMASSE

• Selon la définition adoptée par la Convention Cadre des Nations

Unies sur les Changements Climatiques (CCNUCC, 2005), La

biomasse est :La matière organique non fossile et

biodégradable provenant des plantes, d’animaux et de micro-

organismes. Ceci inclut, également, les produits, les sous-

produits, les résidus et déchets de l’agriculture, la sylviculture et

les industries liés ainsi que les fractions non fossiles et

biodégradables des déchets industriels et municipaux ».

Les biomasses résiduelles, des municipalités, du secteur agricole et del’industrie représentent un potentiel important de productiond’énergie atteignant les 950 MW électriques. Ce potentiel est actuellementtrès peu développé au Maroc et retient toute l’attention des acteurs

nationaux.
