Applications recsivedafrer Bank's cut-off time will be processed on the nexl woridng day. ltshould also be noted that due to cut-off times for transmission imposedby lntemalional Convention, this payment may not be efiecled on thedate of request and the Bank will not be liable for any loss as a result ofdelays in transmission for payment by its servants, employees,conespondents or third parties.

The applicant hereby waives any and all claims he may have against theBank which arise from or relate to the funds tra nsfer .eq uested by theapplicant who is subject to these terms unless such claim arises fromfraud orwilltuldelault of the Bank.
