RE/MAX INTERNATIONAL NEWS RE/MAX Ranked #1 in National Report

RE/MAX agents continue to lead the industry, ranking the most productive among the elite national real estate franchises, according to preliminary results from the 2013 RIS Media Power Broker Report Top 500. Brokerage Survey Ranks RE/MAX #1

When the survey’s top 500 brokerages were ranked by per-agent transaction sides – one of the most meaningful measures of productivity – RE/MAX claimed 40 of the spots on the Top 50 list. Overall, 118 RE/MAX brokerages qualified to be ranked among the top 500 – more than any other competitor.

Opening General Session – 4th RE/MAX India Convention

RE/MAX agents continue to be the most productive real estate

professionals, as reported in the 2013 REAL Trends 500. The

independent ranking of the 500 largest U.S. brokerages showed that

more RE/MAX brokerages met the survey’s competitive qualifications

than brokerages with any other competitor.

The 2013 REAL Trends survey reports that Sales Associates at

RE/MAX brokerages averaged 17.1 transaction sides last year. That

figure was more than twice as high as the 7.9 average of all

competing agents in the survey.

Global Referral Exchange Program

The RE/MAX Referral Program has proved to be many times more successful than any other referral system. Full-time quality Associates send leads directly to other full-time quality Associates providing better service for customers and extra income for themselves. This was one of the highlights during this convention.

Warming Your Hearts – Habitat for Humanity

Warming your Hearts is an initiative started in 2010 by RE/MAX India to bring out the caring side of the Brokers by helping Brokers become Builders by helping Habitat for Humanity. RE/MAX India Affiliates went all out for the excellent contribution which will help build nearly four homes for the under privileged section of the society.

VP – RE/MAX International Larry Oberly carried a C.U.R.E kit from Denver which had 48 pounds of pre-packaged medical supplies valued at $2,000 providing much needed medical relief to the under privileged section of society. .

RBI has cut its key policy rate by 0.25% to 7.25%

We will be happy to hear from you for any suggestion or feedback and even give you more realty updates.

Realtors have welcomed the recent rate cut by RBI as this would

lower the interest cost to builders and home buyers. The chairman

of CREDAI, Lalit Kumar Jain has said "we sincerely hope that the

RBI will keep up the trend of repo rate cut and facilitate a fall in

interest rates so that EMI burden on common house buyer gets

reduced considerably."
