How is the Market?
In Marbella during the third quarter of 2013,
745 homes were sold, which means an increa-
se of 35.4% over the same period last year. The
main reason for this increase is the continuous
adjustment of prices in recent years, attracting
international buyers.
Ranking foreigners in Spain
In 2013, 11.15% of house sales were held by
foreigners, according to the Property Regsiter..
The British were again the main investors, with
15%. the French, 10%, and the Russians, 8.6%,
ranked second and third in property acquisi-
tion .

16.4% Increase the number of

The number of professionals working in a real
estate agency stood at 94,800 people last year,
according to the National Statistical Institute
(INE). this figure represents a rise of 16.4%
from 2009 when this figure was moving 81,400
employees.
