REMACK engines are remanufactured under the eye and hand of a Mack-trained technician, and produced following stringent processes that include:
• Internal and external cleaning, and bead blasting to remove contaminants
• Electro-magnetic crack detection
• Pressure decay testing of the oil and coolant systems
• Vacuum testing of cylinder heads at intake and exhaust
• Complete replacement with new parts for all piston rings, liners, bearings, bushings and gaskets
• Multi-point detailed inspections
Mack is confident in our REMACK engines. So confident that we back them with a 100 percent parts warranty for two full years / unlimited miles. An optional three-year / 350,000-mile warranty is available when installed by an authorized Mack dealer and meets component program requirements.
