Steubenville 2018

“I am so thankful for being able to go to Steubenville on the

Bayou. It was amazing. I was able to meet an lot of

amazing people.” - Julianne Ricco

“Steubenville on the Bayou changed the way I saw God. I always thought He was just there and I thought nothing much about it but Steubenville helped me realize He isn’t just there. He is really here for everyone in their own way when they need Him no matter what. He will always for-

give us no matter what we do.” - Dani Smyth

“I can’t believe how generous the people of our parish are. Every year, you guys help us get to

Steubenville & encounter Christ in life changing ways. I can’t thank y’all enough for your support.” - Madeline Hays

Catholic Organizations

Little Angels Books and Gifts is NOW OPEN

Please call the Church Office before you come 601-798-4779

We are looking for volunteers to help operate the store after Masses. Please call

the office if you’re interested.

Perpetual Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament is a God given Gift to St Charles Borromeo Church’s family.

He invites all to come sit and visit Him once a week.

Those who would like to commit to one hour a week, please call the office at 601-798-4779

Our St. Vincent De Paul Society is in need of your help. Resources are running low and they are in need of monetary donations to keep necessities in stock for those in need in our community.

We have removed the donation box from the vestibule. If you’re feeling led to give, please drop donations in the offering basket & label the envelope for St. Vincent De Paul. We will soon have envelopes available for donations to this wonderful organization.

Your continued generosity is appreciated.

Lay Apostles of the Lord Jesus Christ Returning King

“The Lay Apostles meet every 3rd Thursday in Church after the 8:10 Mass for the Rosary & Prayers. Everyone is invited to stay and participate in the

fellowship.

With hurricane season upon us, we are in the process of preparing our parish. Part of that is helping our parishioners. If we experience a hurricane & you are not able to evacuate & will be alone, please call the office to be placed on our list of parishioners that we will check on if bad weather strikes. If you are a parishioner that is available to help with helping others, we ask that you call, as well, as we’ll be counting on you to lend a hand. Please pray for a VERY inactive hurricane season.

StCB School is accepting applications for a full or part-time preschool teacher. If you love kids and have a bachelors degree in Elementary Education and/or Early Childhood Education or a Mississippi teaching license with a pre-K endorsement or if you’re currently enrolled in school, you may apply. You would need to take the Praxis 5024 to add the endorsement to your license. We would certainly love to have you as a member of our StCB family. Salary is competitive and teachers receive a discount on their child’s tuition. This is a great opportunity to teach in a school that sets and achieves high standards while continuously growing in the Catholic faith.
