Sixth
Sunday
of
Easter
May
1
2 15
Dear community:
As usual, every Sunday we meet
in our church to celebrate ourfaith and friendship with God.There are always things for which we should begrateful for. For example, this weekend we wantto say thank you to God for our mothers. Thankyou, Lord, for the love that you express for usthrough them. Thank you for filling them with patience and wisdom. Thank you forcommunicating your gift of faith through them.
We also want to thank you for our spiritual
mother, Mary Most Holy. We know that she isalways concerned for us, and is ready to protect usfrom all dangers of this world; and for that, we areinfinitely grateful.
In this, the sixth Sunday of Easter, we also want tothank you Lord for the Sacrament of the HolyEucharist. Thank you for sharing with us yourBody and Blood, and for allowing us to enter intocommunion with you.
In particular, we thank you for calling to the banquet of the Eucharist our boys and girls, whofor the first time have received you this weekend. We ask that, through your grace, their faith willgrow more each day and that doubt will neverenter into their hearts, so that with confidence, they will worship you, present in the Most HolyEucharist.
Lord Jesus, we are filled with joy to know that youconsider us your friends. Give us the grace thatwe may live according to your commandments,
especially the commandment of love. Blessed and praised be the Lord, now and forever. Amen.
Father Lopez
Rev. Johnson Lopez,
Pastor
Querida comunidad:

this tiny life within a life.
Week 34
The miracle of life continues:Your spiritually adopted baby
now weighs about 4 3/4 pounds
(about the size of a cantaloupe)
and is almost 18 inches long. Herfat layers, which will help
regulate her body temperatureonce she's born, are filling her
out, making her rounder. His skinis also smoother than ever. Her central nervous
system and lungs are continuing to mature. If mom
has been nervous about preterm labor, she’'ll behappy to know that babies born between 34 and 37
weeks, who have no other health problems, generally
do fine.
Semana 34
sistema nervioso central y pulmones siguen madurando.
