2017: an eventful year
As RBL celebrated its 10th anniversary on 9th September, along
came the announcement of acquiring 40% stake in Genesis Luxury,
a group company from Genesis Colors
This consolidation has resulted in RBL becoming the largest
distribution platform of luxury and masstige brands in India.
An eight year old Genesis Luxury has amassed over 14 international
luxury brands in its portfolio with 66 operational stores.
RBL acquired this stake from L Catterton Asia (erstwhile L Capital)
