Surveying Services for New Facilities for the Rappahannock Area Agency on Aging

and Associated Site Improvements in Fredericksburg, Virginia. RACEY provided the

following services for this Design-Bid-Build Project;

-Boundary and Engineering Surveys

-Civil Site Design for Grading and Drainage, Paving & Site Development

-Storm water Management Design and Plan Preparations

-Erosion & Sediment Control Plan Preparations

-Public Utilities and Infrastructure Design

-Mechanical and Plumbing Engineering Design

-Bid and Specification Document Development

-City and County Site Plan Submittals, and Coordination for Approvals

-Bid and Construction Administration Services

-Construction Engineering.

The referenced Building and Project Development involved more than 2 Acres of

Site Design Development and Associated ( Mechanical & Plumbing) Engineering for

a New 1-Story, 5,000 square foot Office and Services Complex. Racey Engineering,

PLLC worked as a Technical Liaison for the Project Architect in preparing

documents for City and County Zoning and Permit Applications. A complete set of

Civil-Site, Mechanical, Plumbing Plan documents, Bid Documents and Record

Survey Plats were produced as deliverables for this project.

This project represents an example of the range of service and capacity that Racey
