constructing your argument (b/c your argument is from motion, and for motion to be approved or to be opposed by the adjudicator)

But... Many people fails to make their argument relevant to the motion

E.g. THW call a local referendum for a natural resource project

➡people down the line are the one who are most affected, thus have a right to decide their fate

➡➡ NOT relevant!(b/c you haven’t proposed for “local referendum” yet!)

Why Nuance Extraction?

Each motion has different nuances, different background context

Given that you’ve extracted a nuance from your motion, adjudicate whether or not the principle that you are trying to make is valid/justified or not
