Letters of Recommendation Torbjorn Nylander

During the period 2002-10-10 and 2011-03-13 worked Torbjorn at Young

Enterprise Västernorrland as Project Manager. During the period 2008-07-01

and 2012-09-30, I was employed as CEO of Young Enterprise Sweden.

Torbjörn did not report directly to me but we had a lot to do with each during

this time. For a number of conferences, trade fairs and also at international

events, we worked together. I can attest Torbjörn's genuine commitment and

drive to achieve results.

A special occasion stuck with me and it was in 2008 when Young Enterprise

Sweden organized the European Championship in UF entrepreneurship in

Stockholm and Torbjörn was responsible for the Dutch delegation. They had had

problems with the shipment of his stand and were not on top quite easily. When

arriving Torbjorn, dressed in the Dutch national team's training jacket and not

only takes care of the delegation during the European Championships without

making such a footprint that Young Enterprise in Holland, who hosted the

European Championships in 2009, offers down and pay Torbjörns travel and

hotels in Rotterdam as their guest of honor. Not only that, instead of going

directly to the hotel and enjoy the VIP arrangement stops Torbjorn on

Schiphol’s airport for eight hours to ensure that the Swedish delegation's booth,

which had been lost this time, would overcome.

Since Torbjorn left the Young Enterprise, he has also trained in sales and

marketing, something I think is great when Torbjorn is a very sociable and

driven person.
