Reindeer Character _______________ Balloon Cost: $7 Labor: About 20 minutes Suggested Retail Price: $40-45 _______________ Instructions: 1. Inflate fully with air two12-inch “Black” crystal latex balloons. Tie the necks together and secure the pair to a balloon weight. Tape may be used to hold the feet together. 2. Inflate with helium two 17-inch “Brown Round” foil balloons. Attach ribbon to the balloons and set one aside. Tie the other Brown Round balloon to the base so that it sits behind your two black balloon feet. 4. Inflate with air eight 5-inch “Red” standard latex balloons. Make two balloon clusters and set one cluster aside. Secure the other cluster to the top of the Brown Round foil balloon. 5. Tie the Brown Round foil balloon you set aside to the top of your red balloon cluster. Secure the 5-inch red balloon cluster that you set aside earlier to the top of this Brown Round foil balloon. 6. Inflate with helium one 26-inch Reindeer Shape-A-Loon, tie with ribbon, and secure it to the top of your red balloon cluster. 7. To make the arms, fully inflate with air one “Crystal Brown” 260 Twistie balloon and wrap loosely around your arm to form a gentle curve. Twist the 260 balloon in the center and wrap twice around the bottom of the top most red cluster to hold the twistie in place. 8. Inflate fully with air two 5-inch “Black” crystal latex balloons.
