RSS Session PoliciesRSS Session PoliciesUSF HEALTH OCPD has achieved Accreditation with Accommodation for

2consecutive 6 year terms. We strive for excellence in education

standards. TheProgram Coordinator reviews each activity to meet standards in CME,

ANCC,CPE, and APA – dependent on the Program.

Policy:If performance in a series or session did not meet a Criterion orPolicy, then the RSS Coordinator identifies the problem,implements improvements, and measures the impact of theimplemented improvements.

• After notification is made by the RSS Coordinator for non-compliance and it continues after 2 additional requests forresolution in a year, it is cause for revoking credit for the session.

Faculty Disclosure

If the speaker commercial relations do not relate to the session topic, option 1 is selected and the commercial affiliation section in mid-document is left blank.  

When option 2 is selected, the affliation section is filled out. Speaker is stating there is a commercial relation which creates a potential conflict of interest to the subject matter for that session.    

A peer review by the Course Director is then required prior to presenting.

Speaker Letter Each new speaker is invited to attend with objectives explained and ACCME standards specified. This letter verifies the speaker is clear on purpose and requirements.

Disclosure to AudienceDisclosure to Audience must be provided at the session stating either commercial or no commercial relations. It can be in the form of slide, on back of the evaluation, etc. The form for disclosure is included in the session planning packet.

RSS POST SESSION

One final step for CME Credits!!! One final step for CME Credits!!! These forms are sent within one week of conference. It is the documentation that insures the individual attended and receives credit for training.

• Sign-in roster Sign-in roster Set up for each program individually

• Participant Information FormsParticipant Information Forms If not on roster, the form must be filled out and sent to know the person is getting credit for program.

• EvaluationsEvaluations Standard form sent for each session. Consolidated results and comments sent back to Course Director for every session for future course direction.

• Type this URL into your internet browser:

• Enter your email address.

• Enter your password. 

The email and password are both in the system. If the password you enter is

not matching, a new one will be sent by email.

Do Not set up as a new user. The system will not be able to cross-reference a

new user with the information in the system.

• Enter the date range for your transcript.

• Print you’re your CE Transcript or save it to your desktop as a PDF!
