All members of a group must choose the same package. Pilgrims who want a different option should form another group.
During the registration it is also suggested a solidarity contribution. The Solidarity Fund is a contribution so that pilgrims in less economically favored countries may participate in the WYD Rio2013. Make this option in the menu “pay”, in the field “Contribution made by each person to the Solidarity contribution”. Don’t forget to make this option before choosing the type of payment.
The Solidarity Contribution of the Brazilian Pilgrim Groups will be received by the LOC - Local Committee Organizer of Rio de Janeiro (in reais, BLR). The suggested amount is R$ 26,00 per person.
The Solidarity Contribution of the international Pilgrim Groups will be received by the PCL - Pontifical Council for the Laity (in dolars or euro). The suggested amount is US$13,00 or €10 per person. More precise indications will be given on the website in the moment of payment.

Mission Week
For those who already follow the World Youth Days, it is known that one week before the event the dioceses host the so called "Days in the Dioceses". In the WYD Rio2013 these days will receive another name: Mission Week. Mission Week will take place throughout Brazil from 16 to 20 July 2013.
The registration for Mission Week is open only for international groups. Make your registration through the private area of the group. Choose a state, a diocese and number of group members whom will participate in Mission Week.
Before registering, get to know the dioceses through the Pre-WYD channel in the official WYD Rio2013 website
http://www.rio2013.com/en/mission-week
Link between groups
Large groups – those with more than 50 pilgrims, and that are divided into smaller groups, of up to 50 people – may link the groups.
First choose the main group and this will be the group that will inform the subgroups its ID and group name.
The subgroup will then request to be linked in the private area.
The main group will receive an email to accept the link or not.
