TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

REGISTRATION DEADLINE : 7 calendar days before the start of the seminar. It is recommended NOT TO BOOK accommodation/transportation before course confirmation.

If the minimum number of students is not reached, the organization will communicate it to the participants via e-mail. In case of cancellation, the organisation reserves the right to change the course to another date or to cancel it, in which case the amounts paid plus any bank charges incurred will be refunded entirely (upon presentation of the bank receipt by the payment holder).

In any case of cancellation, the responsibility of the organization will be only limited to the reimbursement of the amounts paid by the participants for registration. No other liability of any kind will be the responsibility of the organization, especially transportation of all types to and from the place where the seminars are held, or hotel reservations, meals, etc. of the participants.

In case any student cancels his/her enrolment at any time and for any reason, the organisation will deduct 10€ of the amount to be refunded for administrative costs

No refunds will be given if the cancellation is made within 7 calendar days before the course.

The seminar location could be modified in case of improvement, need or force majeure.

If, due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, the teacher could not conduct the seminar, the organisation may choose to replace him or to cancel the seminar.

The organization will not reimburse or compensate for cancellations or absences of participants.

Each participant is expected to have their own medical and accident insurance to cover against any possible medical incidence or accident during the sessions.

Enrollees accept and attend the course/seminars aware of these conditions, which they declare to have read and understood and expressly accept.

The organization declines any responsibility for accident or medical incidence of the participants during the seminar.

The organization reserves the right to modify the general conditions of the seminars if it means a clear improvement for the seminars or if it is unavoidable due to force majeure.

*Professor Tary Yip comes from a family with deep martial arts roots: his great-grandfather is one of the famous Chow Gar (Praying Mantis) style teachers in Hong Kong . He has practised and taught the Southern Kung Fu style of the Praying Mantis for over twenty years.

Tary Yip carries the lineage of Yang and Sun styles and he is one of the best Wudang sword performers (Li Jin Lin). Tary is one of the few teachers directly related to the great master Sun Lu Tang and Yang Jian Hou in Europe.

Related to one of the most famous teachers in the world, Li Deyin, is one of the best teachers in Europe with a deep knowledge and experience that has led him to be the performer and translator of numerous teaching videos.

In recent years he has devoted himself to the practice and teaching of Yang, Sun, Xing Yi, and Wudang sword styles and the well-known forms of Tai Chi and Kung Fu Fan.
